Hi Superstars! Based on feedback from conference call last night:

1. I will only be e-mailing the newsletter unless you request that it is mailed to you.
2. We will keep the website (username: starshine password: pinkdreams)
3. We will keep the blog - you are reading it right now!
4. I will continue to send out voice messages with reminders and urgent news via the Phonevite system.
5. The HOTLINE will be discontinued until further notice!
6. We will keep our local training center in Citrus Heights - there is a map for it located to your right! I am there EVERY Monday night at 7 PM as well as 2 Saturdays a month for advanced color training!
7. I will continue to mail you the LOOK book once a quarter so that you can have the free samples. I will continue to offer BONUSES to you based on your wholesale in the months previous to the new product debuting. Here's the schedule:

Orders in January and February = Bonuses mailed the first week in March!
Orders in April and May = Bonuses mailed the first week of JUNE!
Order in July and August = Bonuses mailed the first week in September!
Orders in October and November = Bonuses mailed the first week in December!
